Beautiful Is Meaningless - Poetry
Early on a Tuesday morning,
Sitting under the sky, starting thinking,
Wondered how a red rose’s so fragrant,
So beautiful, so constant,
In watching and staring.
A red rose can make a man blind and light,
Make the dark to cover the light,
The light to overlay the dark;
Is it a joke or a lark?
Tell me now cos I can’t see it by sight.
O a red rose! How many men die and cry?
Some days you make them cry, some days make them fly,
Happy, joy, and smile depend on you;
Wanting a clue to reach you;
Just want you to standby.
One day a red rose turns to dim,
‘Tis the day you hear the din,
The words of mockery and no one nears;
Only the rain drops with your tears;
They throw you in the trash bin.
